Carmela’s Pilates studio in Putney provides a private and comfortable setting for all ages and abilities to enjoy the benefits of a full body workout. Private and semi-private tuition in her equipped studio in Putney Heath SW15 or mat-workout in your own home. Carmela has a warm and gentle approach, her classes are suitable for men and women, from beginners to advanced, she likes to create a trusting and friendly relationship with her clients, so offering a totally relaxed and effective tuition. Carmela’s life experience led her to specialise in Pre and Postnatal, Injury Rehabilitation and Sports/Dance Performance.

  • Home/Client’s preferred location tuition, is £10 for each additional person.
  • Sessions are non-transferable and can’t be refunded. They must be used within the specified time limit, however holidays and special circumstances are considered.
  • There is a strict 24hr cancellation policy notice for all sessions or the full fee will be charged.
  • (*) Price showed to be shared. Sessions for 2 people must be cancelled as a whole by the participants otherwise the full price will be charged.

Pilates Instructor

Carmela Guida

Carmela studied ballet from a young age in her native Italy, she also studied many disciplines of dance including Modern, Jazz, and Contemporary. She performed in various events and shows in cities in Southern Italy and, at a later stage, was involved in choreography.
